1. We usually have an hour for lunch break .
점심시간은 한 시간 입니다 .

2. By that time , I am really hungry so I go down to the company cafeteria and buy a sandwich or salad to
eat.
점심시간이 되면 배가 너무 고파서 회사식당에서 샌드위치나 샐러드를 먹습니다 .

3. I usually eat with my coworkers in my department .
저는 같은 부서 직원들과 식사를 합니다 ..

4. We like to talk about our company because it is something we have in common.
우리는 회사 이야기 하는 것을 좋아하는데 서로가 공감 할 수 있는 내용이 있기 때문입니다 .

5. After eating quickly , my closest coworker and I go to the nearby gym and work out for about 30 minutes.
밥을 빨리 먹고 나서 친한 동료와 근처의 헬스장에 가서 30 분 정도 운동합니다 .

We usually have an ho ur for lunch break. It usually starts at noon and ends at 1 o’clock in the afternoon. By that time, I am really hungry so I go down to the company cafeteria and buy a sandwich or salad to eat. I am on a diet so I usually eat light and healthy. I usually eat with my coworkers in my department. We usually talk about our work lives and any new gossip that is going around in the company. We like to talk about our company because it is something we have in common. Sometimes, we talk about our girlfriends or some single guys would tell us about their blind dates. Because we are just coworkers, we don’t usually talk about our personal lives. After eating quickly, my closest coworker and I go to the nearby gym and work out for about 30 minutes. We like to spend some time sweating and lifting some weights. It is very refreshing and it is fun to spot each other when we are lifting heavy weights. Usually, I just go with one other coworker but, occasionally, our superior joins us. However, it is a bit uncomfortable when our superior comes along, but we still welcome anyone who wants to join us.

 

점심시간은 12 시에서 1 시까지 한 시간입니다 . 점심시간이 되면 배가 너무 고파서 회사식당에서 샌드위치나 샐러드를 먹습니다 . 저는 다이어트 중이어서 가볍고 몸에 좋은 음식을 먹습니다 . 저는 같은 부서 직원들과 식사를 하는데 주로 우리의 직장생활이나 회사 내의 가십거리에 대하여 이야기합니다 . 우리는 회사이야기 하는 것을 좋아하는데 서로가 공감할 수 있는 내용이 있기 때문입니다 . 가끔은 여자친구에 대하여 이야기를 하거나 소개팅에 대하여 이야기를 합니다 . 우리는 단순히 직장동료이기 때문에 사생활에 대하여서는 자주 이야기하지 않습니다 . 식사를 빨리하고 친한 동료와 근처 헬스장에서 30 분 정도 운동을 합니다 . 우리는 땀을 흘리거나 웨이트 드는 것을 좋아하는데 운동을 하면 기분이 상쾌해집니다 . 무거운 웨이트를 들 때 서로 보조해 주는 것도 재미있습니다 . 보통 , 동료와 함께 운동하지만 , 가끔 상사와 함께할 때도 있습니다 . 상사가 있으면 조금 불편하지만 , 함께 운동하고 싶은 사람은 누구든 환영합니다 .
